Have you ever found yourself with a bag of cheez-its because you just can’t find a snack in the pantry you feel like you’ll enjoy? Me too. That’s why I’ve curated this list of my favorite healthy snacks that I guarantee you’ll love, too. Because I know some of us have a heavy sweet tooth & some of us only indulge in salty flavors, I’ve given you my favorite snacks for both!

  • Salted macadamia nuts (pair with fruit)

  • Pistachios

  • Nut Thins (multiple flavors)

  • Simple Mills crackers

  • Veggies (and whole grain crackers) with hummus

  • Raw cashews, pecans, walnuts or Brazil nuts (just watch your portion size)

  • Crunchy roasted chickpeas (homemade or store bought)

  • Edamame

  • Healthy popcorn from these brands

  • Healthy brand tortilla chips (like Siete) with avocado or salsa

  • Sweet potato chips (homemade or healthy brand like Jackson's Honest)

  • Olives

  • Guacamole

  • Greek yogurt dill or veggie dip with veggies (carrots, peppers, celery)

  • Celery with peanut or almond butter (and raisins or mini chocolate chips)

  • Parmesan crisps (add Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel seasoning)

  • Deviled eggs or hard boiled egg
